• Contact details: name, company, email and phone.
• Information about your project and the Estimator answers.

To handle your request, prepare an indicative estimate and contact you regarding Puntora's services.

The consent you give when submitting the form and the legitimate interest in responding to your request.

5. Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to manage your request and, afterwards, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to puntora@puntora.es.

7. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: Hetzner (hosting), Ploi (deployment management) , Banahosting (domain and email) and Google (web analytics, transfer to the USA under the Data Privacy Framework). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
